how check QuestionAnswer in Asp.net Membership

hello to all,
i want show textbox to user for receive QuestionAnswer and validate this with DataBase QuestionAnswer
Actually i use asp.net membership and i want when user IsLockedOut equal True,

show PasswordQuestion and if user Enter correct QuestionAnswer IsLockedOut equal to False

What can I do to make this work?
