Cannot find AndroidManifest.xml file for module xxx

I've downloaded IntelliJ Idea 13 Beta, created HelloWord project with Empty Activity, solved some strange error by downloading Support Repository via Android SDK Manager and now I'm able to compile without errors. Attempt to Run / Debug ends with

Cannot find AndroidManifest.xml file for module HelloWord-HelloWord

The Android SDK is 4.1, java 1.7.

Any Ideas(J) ? :)
