How to access " Shared folders" from local computer in ssis or sql server

1. How can i verify the files in a shared folder by using WMI event watcher....is it possible or not ? if not does we have any other solutions for this.

2. How can we capture the dynamic columns to sql server table...is it possible through ssis.
we need to load the flat file data into oledb,but we are not sure about columns (Number of columns may vary from flat file to flat file).
