Moving Reports From VB6 To VB.NET

A friend asked me this and I want to check it with you:

He have Crystal Report which he want to convert from VB6 to VB .NET. Is it possible? and is there a tool for that or he has to rewrite the reports?

Kindly provide all ways to Try them
