[Not a question] Unable to modify the page layout in an intranet site using DNN

i am working on dnn past 2 weeks i am trying to develop an intranet site for my team. when i am trying for changing the layout of the site i am not able to get where to make the changes, and when i am trying for a module for sharing and uploading the files i am not able to find it can any one help with the information or the links where i can get about this.

i just gone through the information which is present in the official site of dnn but i am not able to find the exact information on intranet site development. so guys please help me out ...
