Does any one have a sample project for capturing and analysing packets in VB 6 but compatible with Wndows 7 or higher?

I doubt it, VB6 is dead, why would you not use VB.NET?

From here you can fine open source packet sniffer from vb6 it can be really useful for you ;-)
