one problem in xcopy in c#

Hi all.
this is my Code :

ProcessStartInfo startInfo = new ProcessStartInfo();
startInfo.FileName = "xcopy";
startInfo.Arguments = @"D:\MyFolder \\192.168.0.165\MyShareFolder /D /I /F /L";
Process.Start(startInfo);

I want to restart computer by this code but my project can not be run .

Are you sure? Who told you you could restart a computer with an xcopy command? That's nonsense.
