I want to create and store cookies in the windows phone 8 webbrowser control. I am able to store the cookies in the cookie container but i am not able to bind this cookie container to Webbrowser control. Please let me know if there is any way to set the cookies to WebBrowser control in the windows phone 8 app? Please suggest any solution or workaround for this.

I would assume that it will share the same setting as the browser itself, IE. Just try to do all the IE setting you need...

I say, set them not in control, but in the browser. Is is IE?

1 solution

You can look at an alternative - isolated storage.

Not clear. OP is talking about cookies, which are used by browser, not by OP's application code.

I guess the OP wants to store some information on a cookie.
In a phone, he should explore opportunities with isolated storage instead.

I'm not sure, please see OP's comment below.

I am using a webbrowser control in my windows phone app and my requirement is to store the cookies in the webbrowser control itself.
