WAS service is not available !!!

Hi All,

i have a batch file that will call the MSI and install the MSI in the respective Virtual Directory and recycle the application pool.

it was worked fine for some days, but now i'm getting an error while installing the MSI in 2008 server R2 machine.

please find the below error.

ERROR < message: The WAS service is not available -try starting the service first.

Note: i have checked in the services.msc, the service "World Wide Web Publishing Service is running
