How to update the Ledger code using group and and under groupid

I have this image table an

i want to update ledgercode here i have 5 main group that undergroupid=0 and layerid=1 i want to update all main group in 1,2,3 etc based on main group...

and then based on the main groupid subgrops are their identification that undergroupid 1 and layer id =2 i want to update that into maingroupid +01,next item maingroupid+02,etc baset on the subgropid

how to update that table please help me..........
