i want to do web based Biometric attendance system using Fingerprint reader project

hi...

i am getting ready for my final year project using WEb....project will be called Biometric attendance System which will include fingerprint reader and will read the data and after that will upload it online.....it will benefit to check on different Branches of any organization....

Question is now i dont know how to Start and what should be includ in it or any other possible Feature...

Kindly help me about it....

A bit of advice, don't. Why would you support the "Big Brother" system in tracking people? That is pretty scary you don't even consider that.
