where can i find .exe javasript debuuger , since i dont have admin rights to install on my machine

It really depends on your platform. And remember: a developer not having administration privileges even on the local development system is not a developer. If getting such privilege level is a problem, you either don't have enough trust or simply work in a wrong company. :-)

Client of what? Anyway, if you need some tool, you should have it. You need to deal with the administration problems at your company by yourself, this is a part of your work. People at your company should be interested in your successful work, not it keeping you on leash. If somebody thinks that they cannot rely on your responsible work in terms of computer safety, how can your employment could be profitable?

And what, can you take a hint or not. As I say, it depends on your platform (and actually on the tools you already use). But you still keep silence about your platform and other detail. How can you hope for help then?

Okay, imaging that, in response to your question, someone advices you a tool good for your platform which needs installation. But what's the use, if you cannot do it? Then you would tell us what you already have. Excuse me, but your whole request looks a bit pointless then...
