I was playing with group policies of windows 8 and windows 7.Is there any changes in security options in local policy for win8 and win7 which affects admin privileges?

If you know any of the changes in the security option that can effect differently for admin in win 8 and 7 please share with me..because i think due to this change my application behaving differently for administrators in win 8 and win 7.
