FAIL - Application at context path /ddi could not be started

I deploy my war file to Tomcat server using Tomcat manager. But this time it didnt deployed properly. It didnt started normaly. When I click start button on manager page it gives this error: FAIL - Application at context path /ddi could not be started

When trying undeploy it: it gives :FAIL - War file cannot be uploaded if context is defined in server.xml.

There is no ddi folder under webapps directory.

İf i can undeploy it i ll deploy new version.

Please Help
