Is there any option to run the web services for the IPTV

Dear Friends,

I am working for the LCD integration with the Queue Management System in C#.net,

I have completed with the VGA card driver,

But I need to work with the Cable connection only, I don't connect TV with the VGA card.

Is there any luck to proceed forward...
