Contact your accounting software provider, they could help you. Something device is missing which needs to run the accounting system.

They have to solve this. You're paying for that software, right? Then you have rights to ask them to solve this issue. Tell them to install the drivers in your machine.

FYI it's friday so make it fast otherwise you could catch them only on monday(after weekends).

if they come they charge me visiting charges do u know which driver is missing
