Modifying more pages on domain using UserScript?

Hi,
Sometimes I need to modify whole domain which is perfectly easy using @include, but when I want to add text, inputs etc.. to just one page on the site and then modify the others, the objects I added to previous page are still showing even when I'm on different page on domain.
My question is how can I prevent that. Do I have to create whole new script for every single page on the domain?
I'm sorry if this doesn't appear as very clever question, but couldn't figure this out for long time.
