Uncaught SoapFault exception: [HTTP] Could not connect to host

Hi All,

I badly needed some help.
I've made an API. It is working when we tested it locally. But when we upload it to the server and try to access it in our computers it return an error saying:

Uncaught SoapFault exception: [HTTP] Could not connect to host

How would I fix this?
Please help me.
