Windows 7, need add password

I have Windows 7 and did not set up a password originally. I need to add one now. How do I do it? I have tried various solutions online and they all call for going into "local Users and Groups" which I cannot find on my computer at all.

Solution 1

Open Control Panel and then go into Users from there... locate the user you want to add the password to and click "Set Password" or words to that effect...
