Best way shutting down a part of website

Hi,
I have a website having two locale
www.mywebsite.com/localeA/homepage.aspx
www.mywebsite.com/localeB/homepage.aspx

Now client wants localeB to be shut down permanental. What are the best ways to implement this scenario.
