hi,

i have a problem in asp.net.

i want to focus to datagrid when the cursur is focus in textbox using jscript in asp.net.
anyone help me?

yes. like as dropdownlist.

Still not clear. What you mean by like as dropdown list? Explain with some example or steps of the process you expected.

if i am using dropdown list then the dropdown list has one field only. i need more than one field from database. so i use dropdown list for refer all data for particular data textbox. so i need the focus goes to datagrid when the cursor focus in textbox

Impossible. I repeat impossible. How its possible to have focus on two controls at one time. Textbox and dropdown list are totally different controls.

Sorry. I have a textbox with name txtempname. the focus comes on the textbox then employee details datagrid shows and click on the datagrid the datas set to the related textboxs. designation column value set to txtempdesign and depart colum value set to txtdepart. So i need focus automatically set to datagrid when the focus comes on txtempname.
