Deploying a Sync service application

Hi,

I have developed a sample application using the local data cache feature of VS 2008 which internally uses MS Sync services.

I don't know how to deploy the application with an empty CE DB and then use some config file to specify the server details and perform the sync.

Please tell me how to deploy such a project so that an empty CE DB can be installed and after specifying the server details, data can be fetched from the remote server.
