how to block websiter on windows server 2008

I have a proxy server and the os is windows server 2008. now how to block facebook,torrentz.com/in. and others site. so that others internet user in my office cant access/open facebook or other sites through IE,Firefox,Cooglecrn..

please give me steps to steps solution..

1. Read the documentation for your proxy server
2. Do what the documentation tells you to do.... step by step.

Not a development question. And if it were one, way too vague for us to allow a quick and precise reply.
The solution lies in the proxy server you are using. You are supposed to have set it up, don't you? So just follow its support channel.
