The exact same way that you would send an email in VB.NET only automatically.

Solution 1

Use the SMTP class and create a windows service so that it can be scheduled. This is the Quick Answers forum and since you did not provide any details it will be hard to give you any more than this.

There are tons of examples online of how to send emails in VB.Net.
