hwo to sync data between store and main server

Hi all,

I am currently developing a solution for a chain store.
the backend data storage is SQL Server 2012(main server) & SQL 2012 express(store).

which is the best method to transfer data between the servers?
taking into consideration the connection can drop in the middle of the bulk copy.

I don't really want to use sql replication...
please advise of other options...
