VS2010 Reportviewer multi-column report does not display all column headers

I have a multi-column report which only displays the text in the first column header of the row group :-

AlF3 Soda
Cell Shots Shots Cell
2001 3 0 2041 12 0
2002 5 0 2042 3 0
2003 7 0 2043 9 0
2004 3 0 2044 0 0
2005 0 0 2045 0 0
2006 3 0 2046 0 0
2007 4 0 2047 6 0
etc

Would anyone have any idea as to why the AlF3 and Soda text is not repeated ?
