Max size of a database (32 or 64 bit) is 524,272
TB.
I don't think there's a strict limit on table size, it will be capped by the amount of storage is available and the database cap of course. The number of rows, which would obviously dictate the amount of data in a table, is listed as "
Limited by available storage".
