HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error

I created a WCF project. It runs OK if I r-click the Service.svc > View by Browse. The I created its service using IIS Management wizard, and then opened the VS project and published it. In the IIS Management wizard, I R-clicked the service > Manage Website > Browse to open the service on IE. The Error 500.19 displayed.
HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error, The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.
Specifically, it shows:
Error Code 0x80070003
Config Error Cannot read configuration file
Config File \\?\L:\...\Projects\WCF\LRSWcfService_Data\LRSWcfService_Data\web.config
Thanks in advance if someone can help me for it.
