How to add Word File in Solution Explorer in Asp.net

I want to extract XML data on word file ,for that I have to save Word File in Solution explorer of my project.

Could u please tell me.

1. How to save that in Solution explorer.

Right click your project in the solution explorer, select Add, select Existing item, select your Word file to add.

The comment above is the exact formal answer to the question.
The problem is: this question makes no sense in connection with the "extract XML" (what is it, by the way?) problem. I'm not sure if you understand what you want. If you do, please use "Improve question" above.
