How to set Dynamic Rowdelimeter in SSIS Expression

Hi Friends,
Im trying to set dynamic Rowdelimeter in Flatfile conn manager Properties-->Expression
when im trying to do that i'm unable to get that.
Also i want to use cap symbol as my Rowdelimeter when im moving data from table to textfile

eg:-
Table
sno name
1 aaa
2 bbb
3 ccc

Output Needed
sno,name^1,aaa^2,bbb^3,ccc^
_______________________________________________

if possible atlast for 3,ccc i dont want ^ no need of cap delimeter for last row
sno,name^1,aaa^2,bbb^3,ccc

i'm trying for this more then 3 days can any one helps me...
