Setup and Deployement ,NET Application in Windows Service Pack 3

I have added prerequisites for .net application and for database sql server 2008 express...

For that i have add

1..Net Framwork 3.5

2.Windows Installer 4.1

3. Sql Server Express 2008 // ( for local database access)

4. Crystal Report 10

5. MyApplication.exe

But i got error "An error occurred attempting to install SQL Server 2008 Express Service Pack 1".

Please give me solution.
