I need to search from a tableviewcontroller having added and saved the data in a view controller

I have a viewcontroller with two text fields and two buttons. The user enters name and family name in the 2 text fields. The add button enters the data in a tableview controller. I want a search field in the tableviewcontroller to search what has been added.
