how do i use datarepeater as insert data to database

am khaled maayeh and am trying to understand the data repeater tool in vb.net windows application

my problem is defined as in the title
i want to create a data repeater that contain 4 (combo_box)class grade , subject ,student name , grade
which class grade contain data from database { first grade,second grade,etc }
subject {math,science,etc}
student name {std1,std2,std3 } from the selected class grade
grade {A+,A,A-,B+,B,B-,C+,C,C-,D+,D,D-,F,INC}

i want to enter the data then click enter in the last field to create new row
i really need help in that
