Hi friends,

I am making an installation package for Outlook Addin (2007/2010/2013) in installshield..
I followed this link http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/vstudio/cc442767.aspx[^]

But it works well except downloading the Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime redistributable installation.. I excluded this from setup project... Still it works well..

Should I include this file in my addin setup ??
Is there any problem will happen on client side if I exclude this msm from setup??

Thankss

Personally, I wouldn't; just as I don't include a .net or SQL Server redistributable. I'd just include a statement in the documentation/release notes of what else it requires and where to get them. Consider someone installing your product some years down the line when a new version of the required software is available and maybe even already installed.
