Xceed Grid Row Selection Problem

I am using Xceed Grid version 3.9 in WPF Application.

i am not able to select first row when i bind xceed grid with datasource. But i can select any other row and after selecting other row now i can select first row. It was working fine in version 3.6.

Do not whats going on its happening in all module of application.

Any suggestion
