You mistook my question,,,
Its not a web application, Its a a windows application,,, and I need a bootstrap installer like chrome,,, while googling, they quote it as Web Installer,,, that's why I put Web Installer in my question....

Yes, and the full version of installshield also provides this capability. I use it for our web application as well as the FTP site that goes along with it.

Anything except installsheild ???
