Can we rename the process dynamically with any API of windows in c/c++ code

hi,
i have more than instances of application running on the system. to avoid confusion i want the name of each instance different.

is it possible to code this by using windows API.

i am reading the process data using ReadProcessMemory()API but in the buffer where i have collected data seems to be garbage.

can you tellme the way if any to achive this.
