What is the application used by various e-commerce giants for delivery confirmation

Hi Experts,

I dont know whether this is the right place to ask this question or not. Actually I tried hard to find it on google, wiki etc but in vain. I don't know any better place than this.

From quite some time Amazon delivery guys use an application in their smartphones to take signature of the customer using stylus. This updates the Amazon database with the item flagged as delivered. Do you guys have any idea which application they use.

Any help is appreciated

It's probably their own application. You would have to go ask them.
