Get yourself a book on Computers.

Nothing... they are two phrases that describe the same piece of hardware in a computer.

Processor is the hardware that makes your central processing unit.There are various Units in a digital computer system such as; ALU(Arithematic and Logic Unit),CPU(Central Processing Unit).CPU is that part of a computer system that comprises processor as fundamental hardware.CPU in mere sense will make you understand processor of computer.
