Generate Facebook chat codes from image using asp.net

I want to create an application that can convert any image uploaded by user into codes and when user paste that code into his chat box of Facebook that image will appear. i want to do like this(http://smileychatcodes.com/codes-generator-facebook-chat/[^] and http://fb-codes.info/facebook-cool-chat-text-code-generator/[^])
Can any one help me out? Thanks in advance.
