VB.NET working with .xlsm files.

Hello everyone,

I have a blank template .xlsm file, this file has a header and some columns has a list.
Is there a way to put data using vb.net. And also the file sheet is protected, unable to edit the column headers. I try copying a cell from other file(.xls), but data won't copy even in the cell that don't have a list.

Please help, really need help
