Asp.net and MySQL Database and Make Auto installation file for them

I want to connect Asp.net Web Application to MySQL Database, After that I want to make set up file (Auto Installation) for them, It means that user needless to configure IIS, MySql, or .Net Framework. what sould I do?

I have been working on that for years, I'm pretty close 99% to a perfect installation of IIS Server 5.5, 6, 7, 7.5, SQL Server and my web application, but had to write in in c++
