How to get checkboxes in header and in data fields by using kendo grid?

I am creating kendo grid where I want to show checkboxs in the header as well as in data value.
I tried this link Kendo Grid In Action column in Kendo Grid.
Here I got a demo which I supposed to, I used that code in my file but it is not working. I already have copied
kendo.all.min.js
jquery-1.8.2.min.js
kendo.default.min.css
kendo.common.min.css to my local and run my file, then grid is showing but the checkboxes are not vissible.

Please let me know if i am missing any settings.

@Rohan Leuva: Have you any idea or experience of how to show checkboxes in Gridview, any script or.... I am using kendo grid layout.

I have never used this so i am not aware about what actually Kendo grid is. :( I can suggest you very straight forward approach with normal gridview if you want so. Let me know your view.
