DON'T SHOUT. Using all capitals is considered shouting on the internet, and rude (using all lower case is considered childish). Use proper capitalisation if you want to be taken seriously.

There are many, and there is no step-by-step description for that, everything depend on the application requirements. That is why an architect needs to have more complex view over the technology than a coder has.

I am a big fan of ASP.NET MVC (for many reasons), thus I suggest you to focus a little bit on this technology. It is suitable for most applications in conjunction with jquer, html5 and css3. See these sites:
