Windows 8 Not showing the Camera list

Hello !

I have a .DLL file which is used to register the screen capture drivers for Adobe and Flash.
When i register the DLL with regsvr32 on windows 7 it shows the registered driver
Now the problem is that when i register same dll in windows 8 it shows that no camera found message.

Please Help !
