Wcf services that do edit/delete should have security check of the user

hi Friends,
1) how can i give back sessionid based upon user id and password?

2) When we provide session id - how can i log the request IP address in my server.

3) When the user wants to update, delete -- User passes session id that I verify in our system
along with IP address where request came from and then delete it

How can i do the above steps
