failed to Sign in to my profile

hi everybody
i tried to log in to my profile but i can't.
i created a new account in another country and now i use new user pass to sign in.
i got points and wrote articles in pre account.
can everyone help me?
my pre account is from iran but new account its not.
what's problem?

my user(id) is : [~~Email~~]

please help me
