File upload problem in .NET and PLESK

I can't upload a file into my domain, that is hosted by
a hosting company called PARALLELS PLESK

My aplication is written in .NET and when I try to upload a small
HTML file, I always get the following error:

Access to the path '/View/SavedTemplate' is denied.

i tried to resolve this way
i went to file manager. There's a little golden lock icon, that you click on next to the folder/file you want to set permissions on.
i did but the problem still persist
i visited this link tried to skeep help

Where is that path? is it really under the root directory of your site?

after saving the record there is a label thst will display the error message :)

1) what permissions, exactly? for what account?
2) as it's hard to see many possibilities for the problem, let me ask more exactly: in "/View/SavedTemplate/", is "View" the directory mapped to URL as "http://marketing.acyutasoftware.com/View"? Is it the same very "View"?

Then I don't know what else to check. Perhaps you can post some code sample, just in case. I have no idea how it can help, but what if we can see something weird?..
And answer the question on permission. What is it now, exactly?

I normally use FileZilla to uplaod my files to the web server - and their software is also Plesk. By the way, do you try to write the files to the httpdocs folder - that should be the "root" folder from the point of view of IIS. Your application proper (i.e. the aspx part) requires a "Virtual Directory" which can be somewhere esle and requires special priviledges.

The message with path looks quite suspicious, but I already asked OP if this is a correct directory, please see above.

i have given full control To the folder SavedTemplate
I have asked the support team they told they are looking into the problem
i am also getting this error
Showing a modal dialog box or form when the application is not running in UserInteractive mode is not a valid operation. Specify the ServiceNotification or DefaultDesktopOnly style to display a notification from a service application.

I have removed the message box i also removed the system.windows.forms dll
