WAM becomes unresponsive when new website opened

I have a client who's using Oracle WAM. When she is running this and she tries to access another internet or intranet site (new window in IE 7), WAM becomes unresponsive and she will need to restart the application.

This doesn't ALWAYS happen though. I watched her attempt to recreate the error with no success.

Anyone have any ideas?

Resetting the Internet Settings seems to have fixed the issue, client hasn't experienced any failure since.
