Creating a shortcut to an application in start menu in setup (Visual Studio 2008)

I want to create a setup for my C# program (In VS 2008). After program installation, I would like to have a start menu shortcut of my application.
I added a setup and deployment project to the solution and I have set the necessary parameters. Then in User's Program Menu, I right clicked and created shortcut to User's Program Menu. The installation goes successfully, but the shortcut refers to a directory instead of the MyApplication.exe file. I think that the target properties should be changed, but it refers just to three folders (application Folder, User's Desktop and User's Program Menu) not files. How I should set the target file. Thanks a lot in advance.
